Day two

1.6 miles and an hour of intensive archery today. Great fun but the bruises look like they will take a while to go!

    The last time I did archery was at school and I remember wearing a leather arm protection thing for our 10 mins or so. I guess after an hour there is no protection. I see you are based in Thetford must be the nearest Janathoner I have read about so far - good luck

    buryblue - the leather protector was about 3 inches long, still a lot of arm left! We were on hols in Thetford, usually Cambridgeshire based. Good luck to you too :)
